Is priority seating available at the Disney Cruise Line?

Im planning a land/sea vacation at Disney. I see there are several restaurants and I’m wondering… are the restaurants assigned to you, or do you choose them in advance? How does it work?

   The specialty restaurant every night your waiters and wait staff rotate with disney before any questions feel free to contact me.

   The others you get reservations in advance the others you get reservations in advance the others you are assigned to first or second seating.

   For is the restaurants are amazing especially the only restaurant.
