Disney Vacations

I need info on Disney Vacation Club when traveling to someplace that is not a Disney Resort such as Europe?

There is plenty of information on the DVC when looking to go to say Disney World or Land or any of the amusement parks, but none on when you want to travel to say Europe or Africa etc. What can you tell me about the points, money, scheduling, and anything else you can think of.
